Gateweave Studios is an AI commercial production studio based in the United Kingdom. We produce films, brand campaigns, and visual content for brands and agencies. Our website is gateweave.com. Questions about this policy can be directed to dylan.gillah@gateweave.co.uk.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit our contact form. This includes your name, email address, company name, and any details you share about your project. Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether your project is a good fit for our studio. We will not use your contact details to send unsolicited marketing communications. We will not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties except where required by law.

How we store your information

Enquiry submissions are delivered to our email inbox via Resend, a transactional email service. Data in transit is encrypted. We do not maintain a separate database of enquiry submissions. Your information is retained only as long as necessary to manage our correspondence with you.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, and request that we restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dylan.gillah@gateweave.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No consent banner is required because no cookies are set.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect server-level request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are governed by Vercel's own privacy policy. We use Resend to deliver contact form submissions by email. Resend's privacy policy governs their handling of message data in transit.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
